We are seeking talented and dedicated professionals to further strengthen our team. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, ensuring information confidentiality and security. Preparing and sending correspondence, e\-mails, and other necessary documents. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. Performing financial control support tasks, such as updating sales spreadsheets, physician reimbursement records, etc. Supporting the reception team with administrative needs. Updating various spreadsheets. Providing support to other administrative departments (Billing, Procurement, HR, and Finance). **What we expect from you:** **Technical Competencies:** High school diploma; prior experience in administrative routines is required. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with basic administrative and financial procedures. Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
