Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for assisting in pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of meals while ensuring hygiene and organization of the workspace. Key Highlights: 1. Supports kitchen operations through cleaning and organization. 2. Assists in meal preparation and plating following established standards. 3. Ensures food safety and good handling practices. Position: Kitchen Assistant Job Responsibilities: Assist in meal pre-preparation, preparation, and plating, following the chef's instructions and unit-established standards. Perform food cleaning, cutting, and sorting, as well as cleaning and organizing the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas, ensuring compliance with good food handling practices and food safety regulations. Support inventory control, proper food storage, and stock organization to contribute to smooth kitchen daily operations. Maintain personal hygiene, wear uniforms correctly, and comply with sanitary and occupational safety regulations. Work schedule: rotating 12x36 shift.
