Prospect and develop technological solutions **Area**: FTUS \- Application Support Management for Automation and Industrial IT **Position**: System Automation Development Specialist **Unit**: ArcelorMittal Tubarão **Main Challenges and Projects** * Sustain industrial systems with focus on ensuring their availability, operational stability, production control, and process optimization; * Address incidents, analyze and resolve issues, and provide technical support to industrial system users; * Manage demand and project portfolios via the ServiceNow platform and act as a Business Partner (BP) alongside business areas; * Ensure knowledge and documentation management applied to systems and their support for processes; * Perform technical management of suppliers of products and services; * Prospect and develop solutions to meet Production area requirements; * Provide technical support to operational, maintenance, engineering, and quality areas in analyzing occurrences, incidents, process instability, and others; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including process, maintenance, engineering, quality, technical units, IT/TA, and technology solution and system suppliers; * Continuously enhance knowledge of industrial processes and technologies, aiming to materialize it into solutions for operational areas. * Participate in projects involving implementation of technological solutions aligned with operational needs and with the unit's automation and digital transformation strategies **Minimum Requirements** * Electrical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems * Intermediate English **Desirable Requirements** * Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Informatics * Experience in system support, incident handling, and acting as a Business Partner (BP) * Knowledge of industrial processes * Proficiency in programming languages and databases
