




### **Job Mission** Work in the commercial area with a focus on prospecting, consultative customer service, and preparing complete proposals for clients. Ensure a humane and efficient experience throughout the entire sales process, contributing so that Brazilian families can access decent housing and fulfill their dream of owning a home. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute internal and external actions to attract new customers. * Present price lists, commercial terms, and clarify technical information according to the descriptive memorandum. * Prepare and forward customer registrations for approval by the financial agent, following current regulations. * Conduct in-person and digital channel customer service, ensuring the company's quality standards. * Manage and monitor the client portfolio (leads) together with the Sales Support team. * Assist the Supervisor in strategic planning of commercial activities. * Provide support for requests from Sales Representatives and the Supervisor. * Lead negotiations and customer service together with the Sales Support staff. * Meet monthly sales targets, complying with regional rules and commercial policies.
