Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Storymaker to work on the front line of content creation—transforming daily routines, behind-the-scenes activities, and strategic moments into compelling materials that generate attention, positioning, and results. Support filming, cover events, and document key moments. We are seeking a full-time Storymaker to work on the front line of content creation—transforming daily routines, behind-the-scenes activities, and strategic moments into compelling materials that generate attention, positioning, and results. This person will be responsible for daily content capture, editing, and publishing (Stories, Reels, and feed posts), as well as supporting strategic filming (campaigns, launches, announcements), covering in-person events, and documenting travel and key operational moments—quickly, consistently, and with a creative eye. **Responsibilities** * Daily content capture (behind-the-scenes, routines, strategic moments); * Production of Stories (high frequency + narrative); * Production of feed content (Reels, cuts, quick content); * Agile video editing (mobile or desktop); * Posting and organizing content across social platforms; * Support for strategic filming (campaigns, launches, announcements); * Coverage of in-person events; * Documentation of travel and key operational moments. **Requirements** * Experience in video capture and editing; * Proficiency in editing and motion software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects; * Availability for travel and external filming, as required; * Experience with supporting tools such as CapCut, media libraries (e.g., Pixabay), and AI tools for asset creation (e.g., Higgsfield.ai, Nano Banana); * Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio capture; * Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Production, Cinema, Communications, or related fields is preferred; * Experience producing content for social media. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience working with creators or personal brands; * Experience creating viral content (Reels/TikTok); * Understanding of rapid storytelling (especially for Stories); * Experience covering live events; * Ability to handle both capture and editing within the same workflow (without relying on third parties). **Work Model:** On-site **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **Expected Start Date:** 05/2026
