Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and physical structures; monitoring essential systems; and supporting maintenance assistants. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of various preventive and corrective maintenance tasks 2. Monitoring of essential systems (generator, medical gases, water, air conditioning) 3. Support and supervision of maintenance assistants **MINIMUM REQUIREMENT (Mandatory):** High school diploma **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and physical structures; * Monitoring essential systems, such as generators, medical gases, water, and air conditioning; * Receiving and documenting service orders, ensuring organization and traceability; * Supporting and supervising maintenance assistants; * Managing inventory and specifying materials required for maintenance; * Performing hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and furniture repairs; * Maintaining air conditioners and water purifiers; * Installing equipment and providing general technical support, including replacing medical gas cylinders. **INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Focusing on continuous process improvement and patient safety; * Using resources appropriately and safeguarding institutional assets; * Complying with the Code of Ethics, Employee Handbook, and internal policies; * Adhering to customer service excellence guidelines; * Performing other duties related to the position, as directed by leadership.
