Job Summary: A professional responsible for administering virtualized, hyperconverged, and cloud environments; managing backup, data center infrastructure, Linux and container environments; monitoring, security, and automation of ICT infrastructure; as well as providing advanced support and driving technological evolution. Advanced support, technical documentation, and technological evolution **Responsibilities:** * Administration of virtualized, hyperconverged, and cloud environments. * Deploy, administer, and support virtualization and hyperconvergence environments (Nutanix, VMware), as well as public, private, and hybrid cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), ensuring organization, resilience, high availability, performance, and capacity planning. * Backup management, disaster recovery, and data center infrastructure. * Administer enterprise-grade backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions across hybrid environments—including physical and virtual servers—as well as data center infrastructure, ensuring service continuity and compliance with policies. * Administration of Linux environments, containers, and application servers. * Deploy, administer, and support Linux servers, containerized environments (Docker, OpenShift), web application servers (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, WildFly), and mission-critical applications of the Electoral Justice system, ensuring service availability, security, and integrity. * Monitoring, security, and automation of ICT infrastructure. * Implement and operate monitoring tools, password vaults, and security solutions; analyze logs; apply information security guidelines; automate processes; proactively identify infrastructure failures; and resolve infrastructure incidents. * Advanced support, technical documentation, and technological evolution. * Provide Level 3 support, deliver technical consultancy, interact with vendors, prepare reports and technical documentation, develop support and automation scripts, assess feasibility of new solutions, and support continuous infrastructure evolution. **What We Are Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in any Information Technology field from a higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education; or a bachelor’s degree in any field accompanied by a certificate of completion of a postgraduate specialization program in Information Technology with a minimum duration of 360 class hours. * Linux Professional Institute LPIC\-1 101 and; Nutanix Certified Professional \- Multicloud Infrastructure (NCP\-MCI) 6\.5 or higher.
