**Working Hours:** 8 AM TO 6 PM

* Answer and route phone calls using a **telephone switchboard** to ensure efficient communication.
* Receive visitors and customers applying **in-person service protocols** to provide a welcoming experience.
* Manage schedules and book appointments using **scheduling software** to optimize service flow.
* Organize and maintain the reception area clean and functional to ensure the location’s professional appearance.
* Record and control entries and exits of people and correspondence using **access control tools**.

**Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements**
* Completed high school education or equivalent practical experience.
* Proficiency in Portuguese, with clear and effective communication.
* Basic knowledge of English is considered a plus.

* Solid experience using **customer service management software** and **scheduling software**.
* Advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite, especially **Word** and **Excel**.
* Familiarity with telephone systems and **call centers**.
