We support those who wish to grow with us—responsibly, creatively, and passionately. **If this describes you, join us in building the future.** **Job Mission:** Responsible for administrative activities related to organization, control, and monitoring, aiming to streamline departmental workflows and contribute to the efficient management of data and information. **Responsibilities:** Ensure all reports and records are completed within deadlines and in compliance with established standards and procedures, by supporting the execution of various departmental routines; Organize and archive data, information, and documents according to instructions from the Immediate Supervisor, using specific systems, verifying documentation, among other tasks; Verify invoices issued for services contracted by the department, classifying expenses incurred and service providers, and analyzing entries against requests made during the period; Ensure adherence to organizational policies and departmental procedures by following established practices and processes; Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of areas frequented by passengers, crew members, and the general public—particularly in male and female restrooms—checking hygiene supplies’ quality and requesting necessary corrections from the cleaning supervisor; Conduct periodic inspections of airport terminal facilities, assessing hygiene and cleaning services, marking, surveillance, signage, drainage, and presence of obstacles, promptly requesting corrective actions from the competent authority when required; Monitor and control services provided by contracted companies operating at the terminal—including operational support (e.g., ramp services, sound systems), commercial service concessionaires, and others—evaluating their efficiency and compliance with pre-established standards; Technical site visits to construction projects, as needed, to monitor compliance with technical and regulatory requirements of the sector. **Requirements:** Completed High School education; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Intermediate Word proficiency; Power BI knowledge preferred; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree preferred; Knowledge of airport operations preferred.
