Description: * Minimum 6 months in current position (for internal candidates); * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with certificate; * Knowledge of Occupational Safety Legislation and Regulatory Standards; * Training in NR 33, NR 12, NR 35; * Knowledge of Fire Prevention and Suppression; * Knowledge of First Aid; * Intermediate-level Office Suite proficiency; * SAP knowledge desirable; * Experience in any industrial segment or civil construction companies in the occupational safety field will be considered a plus; * Availability to work on 1st shift on a 6x2 schedule. * Conduct periodic inspections of company premises (industrial and office areas), performing inspections, verifying compliance with safety standards, proper use of personal and/or collective protective equipment, and analyzing potential unsafe conditions that could lead to accidents; * Conduct inspections in industrial areas, checking the operation of fire-fighting equipment (hoses/extinguishers and hydrants), as well as testing emergency eye-wash showers and other production area equipment/installations; * Deliver occupational safety training across all company areas through meetings/events to promote safety dialogue; * Manage and control distribution of PPE – Personal Protective Equipment – to employees, providing guidance on correct usage, and requesting PPE from the warehouse; * Accompany injured employees to hospitals, investigate and record workplace accidents, identify accident causes and document failures; * Request PPE procurement from Procurement Department via purchase requisition issuance; perform inventory (cost and quantity) of materials available in stock; * Stay updated on changes in Occupational Safety legislation (NRs) through consultations and/or participation in industry events, ensuring legal compliance, and accompanying MTE inspections and expert assessments when required; * Lead actions for establishing the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), as well as monitoring its activities; * Jointly with CIPA, organize SIPAT – Internal Week for Accident Prevention – conducting debates/lectures and meetings with employees to raise awareness on Occupational Safety; * Support onboarding of new employees by delivering SESMT training, promoting awareness of Occupational Safety and Medicine principles; * Guide and comply with BPF standards; * Generate data related to occupational safety activities (absences/number of accidents/rates and costs), applying them to the Human Resources Indicators Report, as well as preparing specific reports; * Conduct environmental risk assessments (physical, chemical, and biological) to verify whether any risks exceed tolerance limits; 2512290202491888791
