Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress tolerance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, upright bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with baggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, inspecting and sweeping the floor to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Monitor aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Inspect and monitor baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Segregate baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance) to ensure correct loading onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for respective flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following procedures and standards outlined in the MGO, including special handling instructions (e.g., fragile, hazardous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading identification labels and deliver them to designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate interline connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise packaging of cargo and baggage to verify suitability for air transport, ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel handling them; * Correctly handle and properly stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and maximum hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Guide non-motorized equipment during docking procedures to prevent collisions with aircraft fuselages; * Service aircraft within prescribed timeframes based on service type and airport classification; * Conduct pre-use checklists on non-motorized ground support equipment (GSE), ensuring operational safety and reporting defective equipment to the GSE Technical Maintenance team; * Report any equipment malfunctions occurring during operations to supervisors. 2512020202181568580
