Construction Helper / 7 Position(s) / Maceió/AL Responsibilities Your daily duties involve transporting and moving materials within the construction site, such as wheelbarrows loaded with sand, gravel, cement, and blocks, and properly distributing these supplies to application areas. You will be responsible for preparing mixtures, mortars, and concrete, either manually or by operating equipment such as concrete mixers, following specified proportions. Additionally, the helper will perform manual excavation tasks for trenches and foundations, soil compaction, and participate in controlled demolition activities when necessary. Keeping the construction site clean and organized is a core responsibility, including debris collection and removal, cleaning tools at the end of the day, and organizing workstations. You will also assist in assembling and dismantling temporary structures, such as scaffolding and collective safety protections, always under supervision. Requirements Elementary education completed; for this role, the main requirement is willingness and physical stamina to perform heavy tasks requiring continuous effort throughout the day. Prior experience on construction sites will be considered an advantage.
