




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for in-store customer service, opening and closing rental contracts, and offering additional services. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer satisfaction and proactivity **Main Responsibilities:** =========================== * Wear the standard store identification (badge and uniform) provided upon hiring; * Greet customers in the store to provide service; * Follow correct system procedures for contract opening and closing; * Offer add-on services according to customer needs; * Respond to customer inquiries regarding their reservation; * Review rental contracts to verify data and ensure compliance; * Open and close rental contracts using customer and reservation details to formally register service engagement; * Check vehicle inventory availability to allocate cars per customer request; * Verify the signature of the contract holder/driver on the digital contract and validate the upload of the driver's license (CNH) document into the system. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service or sales; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact effectively with customers; * Basic knowledge of sales systems and Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** ---------------------------------------- * Prior experience in retail stores; * Basic or intermediate English proficiency; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; * Proactivity and focus on customer satisfaction.
