**Responsibilities and Duties:**
Manage delayed or low-performance customer interactions, ensuring efficiency and quality in all cases;
Serve as second-level support, resolving complex situations and providing technical and strategic guidance;
Make autonomous decisions, including granting compensations when necessary;
Identify operational risks and provide proactive feedback, anticipating and resolving potential issues;
Handle customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, chat, e\-mail, among others), with full focus on complaint resolution and customer satisfaction;
Collaborate with TP Brasil’s social responsibility initiatives, contributing to the achievement of corporate goals through your daily activities.
**Salary:** Starting at R$ 2\.818,61 \+ Career Development Plan \+ Benefits
**Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
**Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off
**Work Mode:** On\-site
**Work Location:** Lapa, São Paulo \- SP
**What We’re Looking For (Requirements):**
Must be of legal age;
Bachelor’s degree completed in IT, Systems Development, or related fields;
Minimum advanced English proficiency and native Portuguese fluency;
Availability to work at the Lapa Campus in São Paulo – SP;
Customer service experience is desirable; experience in the Internet sector is a plus.
