




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for checking and verifying all cargo and vehicle documentation, transporting cargo in accordance with the travel plan, and ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Transport cargo according to the travel plan and safety regulations. 2. Ensure vehicle documentation, maintenance, and cleanliness. 3. Practice economical and defensive driving, complying with legislation. Check all pickup instructions and relevant data required to perform the service. Verify all cargo documentation prior to departure and follow internal vehicle pre-trip checklist procedures. Transport cargo according to the travel plan, complying with PGR\-COMPANY instructions. Operate the vehicle while observing road signage and current legislation. Comply with the COMPANY's mandatory speed limit instruction. Apply recommendations for economical and defensive driving while operating the vehicle. Meet the fuel consumption averages established by the COMPANY. Drivers are strictly prohibited from performing loading and unloading. Inspect audible and visual signaling equipment at each legally mandated vehicle stop during transit. Follow all recommendations contained in the COMPANY Driver Manual. Comply with specific instructions for using the vehicle's tachograph. Immediately notify the Planning Department or designated area of any pickup/delivery incidents. Ensure accurate completion of reports under their responsibility and submit expense reports to headquarters/branches (invoices, delivery receipts, etc.). Submit trip expense reports within the deadlines established by the COMPANY. Keep the work vehicle clean and in appropriate condition. Request corrective vehicle maintenance whenever necessary, following the COMPANY's internal procedures. Maintain a professional demeanor consistent with the role, including well-groomed hair and beard, clean uniforms, and safety boots. Maintain good personal hygiene. Keep all tools, materials, and accessories related to cargo and vehicle—under their responsibility—organized, clean, and well-maintained. Supervise, guide, and assist in vehicle loading and unloading when applicable. Record pre\-established data regarding daily vehicle usage. Keep license plates, headlights, and turn signals of the work vehicle clean. Stay updated on traffic laws and regulations issued by CONTRAN (Brazilian Traffic Council). Complete training, refresher courses, or periodic examinations as requested by Logistics Planning, Fleet Management, or HR Department of the COMPANY. Perform other tasks compatible with the role.
