Plans work fronts, monitors schedules, interprets engineering drawings, and provides technical guidance to teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, current legislation, and company standards. Strategically identifies risks, defines preventive measures, and guarantees safe working conditions. Interfaces with engineering, planning, safety, and management teams; supports technical decision-making; controls resources; and ensures quality, productivity, and safety of electrical operations. Enforces safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards and procedures. Eliminates unsafe conditions and assesses operational risks. Ensures organization and cleanliness (5S). Supports planning and development of schedules and operational procedures. Monitors production reports and requests resources as needed. Ensures compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed technical education in Electrical or Electrotechnical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Team Leader. * Mandatory training in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), 5S, and applicable technical standards. * Knowledge of technical standards and SHE procedures. * Leadership skills, effective communication, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and organizational skills. * Valid driver's license (CNH). * Must reside in the Pilar/AL region or nearby areas. **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Experience with NR10, NR35, and industrial construction safety standards. * Industrial sector experience, especially in Oil & Gas. * Additional training in project leadership, construction planning, and inspection and testing of systems.
