Workplace organization and sanitation The Store Operator is at the forefront of customer service and operational efficiency, including product control, cleaning, and organization. * Customer service and support; * Inspection of shelves, noting stockouts for restocking; * Requesting goods from inventory for restocking; * Restocking goods according to restocking procedures; * Adhering to procedures for handling damaged or broken goods; * Recording and forwarding products to the purchasing department; * Sorting damaged items for supplier exchange; * Monitoring product expiration dates; * Pricing products on shelves; * Tracking products designated for exchange; * Ensuring workplace organization and sanitation; * Performing other tasks related to those described above, as required by service needs and/or upon supervisor's request.
