




Job Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users (in-person, remote, or via phone); * Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals; * Support software and operating system installation and updates; * Perform basic equipment functionality tests; * Log support tickets and track issue resolution; * Assist with local network maintenance (cabling, connections, and access); * Support backup routines and file organization; * Guide users on proper use of systems and equipment; * Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education (technical course in Information Technology or related fields preferred); * Basic knowledge of IT (hardware, software, and operating systems); * Familiarity with computer networks; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
