We understand that only in this way can we continue growing, generating opportunities for all, and contributing to a safe transition of Brazil’s energy matrix toward a low-carbon economy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate, monitor, and adjust parameters of production equipment such as pumps, compressors, two-phase and three-phase gravitational separators, scrubber vessels, and other process systems. * Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with standard operating procedures and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. • * Collect oil, gas, and water samples for laboratory analysis and quality control. * Record results and report any deviations to supervisors. * Monitor operational parameters of gathering stations and wells, such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, tank levels, static and dynamic well levels, and operational parameters of artificial lift systems (mechanical pumping, progressive cavity pumping, submersible centrifugal pumping, and gas lift systems). * Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. * Ensure personal safety and that of coworkers by reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents. * Maintain accurate records of performed activities, equipment readings, executed maintenance, and other relevant data. * Prepare shift reports and provide information for production reports. * Be prepared to respond promptly to emergencies, such as leaks or system failures. * Follow established emergency protocols and activate the appropriate response team. * Participate in training and development programs offered by the company to enhance technical skills and domain-specific knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas, Chemistry, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry. * Advanced knowledge of safety regulations and applicable standards for onshore operations. * Microsoft Office Suite. * Power BI knowledge preferred. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Valid driver’s license (CNH). * Technical skills to operate and monitor production equipment. * Ability to work in teams, follow procedures, and make quick, accurate decisions. * Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls. * Strong communication skills. * Safety-focused mindset. **Additional Information** **Employment Type and Schedule: Rotating Shift \-** **7 x 7 Day Shift \- 07:00–19:00** **Benefits Offered:** * Medical assistance for the employee and dependents; * Dental assistance for the employee and dependents; * Life insurance; * Company-provided transportation; * On-site meals; * Food allowance; * Variable compensation program (PLR); We are among the leading independent companies operating in Brazil’s onshore sector.
