




We are looking for a **People Analytics** professional who enjoys transforming numbers into insights, supporting strategic decisions, and building—alongside the team—a stronger and stronger people-data function. If you enjoy dynamic environments with autonomy, constant collaboration, and space to test ideas, this role is for you. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, absenteeism, performance, engagement, diversity, recruitment, and succession; * Create dashboards and reports that make sense for HR, leadership, and the executive team (less endless spreadsheets, more actionable insights); * Support strategic decisions through predictive analytics and data-driven diagnostics; * Work side-by-side with Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, and other HR functions to improve processes and generate real impact; * Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability of people data; * Translate complex data into clear stories that help the business make better decisions; * Support automation initiatives, people data projects, and the adoption of new technologies. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Administration, Psychology, Data Science, or related fields; * Experience in People Analytics or Analytics applied to HR; * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar); * Solid foundation in HR metrics, data analysis, and storytelling; * Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling; * Hands-on experience with databases and HR system integrations (ATS, HRIS, LMS); * Ability to work consultatively with diverse stakeholders. **Nice-to-haves:** * Advanced Spanish; * Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R; * Experience in diversity, engagement, or performance initiatives; * Experience in fast-growing or transforming companies; * Knowledge of LGPD as applied to people data. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical thinking with business acumen; * Clear and concise communication; * Ability to influence decisions using data; * Organization, autonomy, and sense of priority; * Collaborative, solution-oriented profile.
