Then come learn more about the challenge we have for you! **Our Fraud Prevention Team** * Identify and diagnose fraud cases; * Generate and monitor fraud prevention KPIs (basis point, hit rate, rule and model performance, etc.); * Organize and lead working sessions and performance review meetings with internal and external partners; * Support execution of fraud prevention consulting services for business partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** *As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will:* * Be responsible for identifying and diagnosing fraud cases; * Ensure that Elo partners—including issuers and acquirers—comply with the Fraud Prevention Manual’s rules and standards; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), identifying and reporting details, instabilities, anomalies, deviations, risks, or opportunities; * Map processes and systems to identify risks and opportunities for improving operational efficiency; * Participate in squads supporting the Fraud Prevention team to collaborate, monitor, and specify the development of solutions, products, and systems alongside other Elo teams; * Commit to timely delivery with urgency and ownership; * Logical and analytical reasoning; * Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; * Results-oriented mindset grounded in data; * Automate fraud processes, focusing on KPIs and diagnostics to optimize monitoring and reduce risk; * Apply Artificial Intelligence to detect patterns, predict suspicious behaviors, and support strategic decisions in fraud prevention. **Requirements and Qualifications** *For this challenge, we need you to:* * Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate large volumes of data and identify patterns and anticipate suspicious behaviors; * Apply and enhance predictive fraud detection models; * Think critically and solve complex problems quickly and efficiently; * Make evidence-based, informed decisions supported by detailed analysis; * Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce detailed reports and present findings; * Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, including Legal and IT departments; * Have academic background and prior experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, SAS, or others; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, among others; * Knowledge of automation and AI.
