Plan, execute, and validate commissioning activities for implementation projects, ensuring that systems and equipment meet technical, functional, and safety requirements within scheduled timelines and established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and technical reports for all disciplines involved in implementation; * Support analysis and resolution of issues during startup and assisted operation phases; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and quality standards; * Interact with multidisciplinary supplier and client teams for technical alignment and delivery validation; * Plan and oversee testing, adjustments, and validations of automated systems, ensuring operation per project specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering or related fields; * Experience in commissioning industrial systems; * Integration of automation systems and industrial networks; * Analysis and interpretation of process flow diagrams; * Intermediate English proficiency for conversation; * Flexibility to work on-site and undertake travel. **You stand out if you possess the following technical knowledge:** * Programming in C language and machine logic (Ladder Diagram, Function Blocks, Structured Text, Instruction List, Sequential Function Chart); * Industrial networks (Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.); * Configuration of measurement and control instruments, including: proportional valves, encoders (laser and optical), thermocouples and temperature sensors, remote controllers, and field devices; * Configuration and tuning of control and communication modes, such as: analog signals: 4…20 mA, 0…10 V; digital signals: ON/OFF, pulses; communication protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP; * Configuration of SCADA systems (AVEVA InTouch, Siemens WinCC, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk View, Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, ABB 800xA, InduSoft Web Studio); * Integration with diverse data sources (SQL databases, OPC UA, MQTT, InfluxDB, Prometheus, etc.); * PLC programming (Siemens S7/TIA Portal, GE HPC/VersaPró, Yokogawa, Rockwell, or equivalents); * Configuration of drivers, servo motors, and inverters (Siemens Sinamics, GE LV/MV, Yaskawa A1000/CR700, WEG CFW, ABB, etc.); * Development and implementation of control logic in PLCs and SCADA systems; * Proficiency in C-language programming and ability to perform adjustments to embedded software when required; * Configuration of drivers, servo motors, and inverters, ensuring correct integration with control systems. **Desirable:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (MS Project); * Expertise in Power BI for generating KPIs, controls, and dashboards; * Familiarity with commissioning management software or platforms; * Analytical capability and problem-solving skills; * Organizational and deadline-management skills; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office – 100% On-site * Work Location: São Francisco do Sul / SC * Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 **Timenow Perks:** * Employee experience monitoring throughout your journey as a team member * Exclusive courses and learning pathways * Innovative environment * Meals provided at the client’s cafeteria * Transportation via client-provided chartered vehicles * Gympass At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
