We deliver high-impact projects, always focused on value creation, technical excellence, and close client relationships. **Responsibilities** Work in the Development area, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of corporate processes through secure and scalable automation solutions. Support identification of optimization opportunities, participate in the design and implementation of automated workflows, promote system integration, and disseminate automation best practices across the organization. Perform technical tasks under guidance for more complex cases and collaborate on continuous improvements as needed by the area. Also handle higher-complexity cases and perform other related and inherent duties as required by the area. **Requirements:** Map processes and support redesign using appropriate notation (e.g., BPMN), identifying candidates for automation. Design automation workflows and simple integrations (RPA, workflows), considering security and scalability. Develop and test bots, scripts, and workflows (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) under supervision in critical projects. Integrate systems via REST APIs and webhooks, applying secure authentication per defined standards. Manage basic queues and scheduling, applying retry policies and exception handling as instructed. Instrument essential logs and metrics, creating simple dashboards for health monitoring and KPIs. Apply version control (Git) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, including basic automated tests. Participate in proof-of-concepts and prepare technical and operational documentation under guidance. Operate automations in production, monitoring capacity and costs, and suggesting improvements.
