Follow us here Fagron Tech \- Home Support and assist the Dev Team in resolving technical blockers and/or technical questions Continuously improve development lifecycle processes whenever possible (always aligned with the Architecture team) Support product refinement by mapping technology alignment, risks, uncertainties, and technical dependencies requiring validation Work on identified issues alongside the Dev Team for investigation, diagnosis, and resolution Share technical knowledge and promote the Dev Team’s growth Perform a tactical role within the team, beyond development Promote the importance of technical documentation and ensure the Dev Team documents correctly Write technical user stories—whether for Technical Debt, Improvement, IT, or delegate to other Dev Team members Co-manage deployments with testers. Ensure (by executing or delegating) that tasks within user stories are technically detailed and ready for development (apply Definition of Ready) Ensure integrity of package closure (review configurations across all environments) Ensure developers apply development standards such as SOLID and unit testing, among others defined by the company Ensure developers follow branch management processes Identify opportunities and propose improvements to the software development process, defining technical development standards Inform the coordinator of potential internal conflicts and provide feedback to the team (Devs) on technical matters and report behavioral issues Map and track dependencies and technical blockers with other teams Continuously monitor technical deviations flagged by SonarQube and create/delegate Technical Debt items in the backlog Monitor the environment using observability tools (log quality, performance, metrics, database, etc.) and apply hotfixes and improvements Monitor sprint pull requests to prevent queue buildup (approve or delegate) Serve as the liaison between the team and corporate architecture, helping disseminate best practices both externally and internally. Be responsible for executing or delegating proof-of-concept (PoC) development when necessary to minimize uncertainties during development.
