Shall we go forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform high-complexity maintenance and calibration of critical systems; * Guide teams, conduct advanced diagnostics, and develop technical solutions to optimize industrial processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as pursuing continuous improvements in control and automation systems. This role requires extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of industrial processes and instrumentation tools; * Configure and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and instrumentation communication networks; * Support supervision system maintenance by configuring and adapting them according to process requirements; * Carry out cleaning, preservation, and maintenance activities on machinery, equipment, and physical facilities during the off-harvest period (scheduled maintenance) of the industrial park. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Automation, or Instrumentation; * Experience in maintenance, calibration, and programming of instruments (level, pressure, flow, temperature, pH, and Brix probe); * Knowledge of Siemens PLCs and industrial networks (Profinet, Modbus, Asi, Hart, Profibus), plus ability to interpret electrical drawings and analyze failures in analog and digital signals; * Hands-on experience with multi-brand positioners (FY, Siemens, Bray, Foxboro, and União Brasil) and pneumatic actuators (Festo and Norgren); * Familiarity with Isoplan (Presys) and Helenos is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and PIMS; * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; * Residency in Iepê, Nantes, Narandiba, Tarabai, Pirapozinho, Porecatu, Presidente Prudente, or willingness to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our identity.
