Job Summary: We are seeking an Implementation Analyst passionate about technology, with systemic thinking and a strong sense of ownership to transform strategies into efficient operations. Collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Development teams. We seek an Implementation Analyst who is passionate about technology, possesses systemic vision and *ownership* mindset to understand business processes and translate strategies into efficient operations. **Work Model and Schedule:** * **Location:** Atibaia, SP * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Working Hours:** On-site — 40 hours per week (including 1h30 lunch break). **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher. * Transportation Voucher. * Digital Health. * Health & Dental Club. * Physical Activity and Well-being. * Health Insurance. **Your Responsibilities:** * **CRM and Automation:** Implementation and configuration of RD Station (Marketing, CRM, and Conversations), general CRM platforms, conversational tools, and setup of customer journeys and automation workflows. * **Integrations and Web:** Development and maintenance of API-based integrations and platforms such as Make and N8N, plus implementation and configuration of WordPress websites using Elementor. * **Data and Operations:** Configuration of Google Tag Manager and Search Console, structural audits, resolution of technical/functional issues, and process documentation. * **Team Collaboration:** Working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Development teams to ensure delivery quality and continuous project improvement. **Required Qualifications:** * **Practical Experience:** Proven experience implementing CRM or Marketing Automation solutions; proficiency in RD Station and API integrations. * **Tools:** Solid knowledge of automation platforms (Make or N8N), WordPress, Elementor, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, plus foundational understanding of technical SEO. * **Skills:** Strong analytical problem-solving ability, effective technical and business communication, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * **Platforms and Integrations:** Familiarity with HubSpot, Take Blip, Octadesk, Meta WhatsApp API, and advanced ERP integrations. * **Innovation:** Experience with complex integration architecture, web infrastructure, and AI applied to business processes (Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, MCP).
