Plan, organize, execute, promote, monitor, and maintain up-to-date teaching and learning processes; track student academic progress and teacher technical performance at the assigned unit, in accordance with established standards and current legislation. Implement the Political-Pedagogical Project at the assigned unit. Develop, implement, and update technical standards, institutional materials, teaching materials, and procedures/processes relevant to the area of responsibility. Prepare technical reports and opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the area of responsibility. Design, develop, execute, and monitor projects, research, policies, programs, and events within or integrated across the area of responsibility. Participate—within working teams—in the formulation, development, execution, and monitoring of projects, programs, and policies within or integrated across the area of responsibility. Monitor and advise on legislation applicable to the area of responsibility. Develop and deliver training programs relevant to the area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives. Manage inventory of materials within the area of responsibility.
