Works directly with platforms such as VTEX, Google Analytics, Insider, and user behavior tools, focusing on increasing conversion and improving campaign efficiency. Monitor the user journey on the website and identify friction points impacting conversion. Generate performance reports and dashboards focused on KPIs such as conversion rate, abandonment rate, and ROI. Conduct A/B tests and personalizations using tools such as Insider and Google Optimize. Analyze behavioral data via Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Clarity. Challenge media and commercial teams with data-driven recommendations. Support promotional strategy definition based on historical performance. Work collaboratively with technology and UX teams to implement improvements. Ensure continuous monitoring of digital campaigns and their impact on conversion. Proficiency in CRO and personalization tools such as Insider and Google Optimize. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Ability to conduct A/B tests and interpret statistical results. Use of behavioral mapping tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.). Creation of dashboards and reports in tools such as Looker Studio or advanced Excel. Knowledge of customer journey and conversion funnel. Experience with e\-commerce on the VTEX platform. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for technical analysis and tag support
