**Operational Leader (CCCOM)** ============================= Bianchini \| Rio Grande \- RS \| On-site Job Description Responsible for ensuring the asset and operational security of the port terminal, through leadership of internal and third-party teams, access control, system monitoring, and compliance with legal requirements from regulatory agencies. Strategically involved in the implementation and updating of procedures, ensuring adherence to current regulations and smooth operations. Responsibilities and duties * Leadership and management of internal teams and third parties * Control of entry and exit of people and goods at the terminal * Implementation of asset and port security procedures * Ship handling and coordination with **regulatory agencies** (Federal Police, Federal Revenue, ANTAQ, among others) * Updating and applying the **EAR** (Risk Assessment Study) and **PSP** (Asset Security Plan) * Collaboration with CCCom, Surveillance, and Gatekeeping teams * Monitoring of **CCTV** * Use of systems: **SCA, Siscomex Carga, ANTAQ, PORTOWEB** Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration**, **International Trade**, or related fields * Minimum **6 months** of experience managing third parties and **team leadership** * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Knowledge of systems: **SCA, Siscomex Carga, ANTAQ, PORTOWEB** * Driver's license category **B** Desirable requirements * Previous experience in the port sector * Intermediate English proficiency * Port Supervision training course Salary range Negotiable Employment type CLT Benefits * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * On-site cafeteria * Shuttle transportation About the company **Bianchini S.A.** is a Rio Grande do Sul-based company with over 60 years of history, a leader in the agro-industrial sector, focusing on soybean processing for production of meal, degummed oil, and biodiesel.
