Basic knowledge of project management and system implementation ###### **JOB DESCRIPTION** A company is seeking a professional to provide IT support, performing tasks related to the maintenance of computers, networks, and systems. A technical qualification in Information Technology (in progress or completed) is preferred, as well as availability for overnight on-call shifts (remote work), experience with operating systems such as Windows and Linux (especially Ubuntu), proficiency in MS\-Office and LibreOffice, and knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Firebird. Familiarity with project management and system implementation is also important.
