Then join our Warehouse team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure that requested materials—matching correct specifications and quantities—are dispatched to their designated destinations; * Perform inspection, packaging, and dispatch of materials to requesting departments; * Fulfill material requests submitted to the administrative warehouse via computerized system; * Carry out administrative/operational tasks within the department, including entering invoices into the system and registering materials/suppliers; * Execute receiving, storage, picking, and distribution routines for administrative warehouse materials; * Maintain the administrative warehouse organized, clean, and functional, prioritizing efficient internal logistics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of functional inventory control processes; * Familiarity with spreadsheets and integrated ERP systems; Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, E\-mail). * Caring is at our core.
