Continuous field presence and team coordination **Job Description** The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of construction—from module production to final assembly at the site—ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety. **Important:** This position is not intended for candidates with predominantly administrative or office-based profiles. We seek professionals with continuous on-site experience, operational leadership, and daily decision-making capabilities on construction sites. **About the Company** This is an established company in the modular construction sector, executing medium- and large-scale projects, with strong integration among factory, logistics, and site operations, and a focus on quality, innovation, safety, and operational efficiency. The company has a robust infrastructure and seeks strategic professionals to lead on-site operations and ensure timely delivery of projects meeting established standards. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Model:** On-site / Field-based Willingness to travel **Compensation** Salary approximately R$ 18,000.00, commensurate with experience. **Benefits** * Health insurance * Housing * Company vehicle * Meal allowance **Responsibilities:** * Manage construction projects from initiation to closure, with continuous on-site presence * Serve as the technical-operational representative for the contract at the construction site * Coordinate internal and subcontracted teams on-site * Ensure strict adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements * Monitor schedules, productivity, measurements, and KPIs * Direct interface with engineering teams, suppliers, and clients **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Proven experience managing public construction projects * Minimum 5 years’ on-site experience as contract manager * Experience managing contracts valued above R$ 100 million * Projects with execution timelines under 2 years * Strong experience in construction planning, control, and productivity * Ability to read and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings * Familiarity with ABNT standards, occupational safety, and quality management * Willingness to travel and maintain continuous on-site presence Job Type: Freelance / PJ Pay: R$9,000.00 – R$22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Housing allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering? * Do you have proven experience as a Construction Manager responsible for construction projects? * Have you worked on precast concrete construction? * Have you previously been responsible for construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, measurements, and KPIs? * Are you available for travel and on-site work as required by project needs? * What is your expected salary?
