Proactive cross-departmental collaboration to achieve strategic objectives **Summary Description** Address customer complaints by identifying and implementing optimal solutions aligned with the company’s strategic business vision. Plan, organize, and deliver training programs tailored to all key influencer audiences as needed, thereby positively impacting stakeholders through our brands. Additionally, proactively, responsibly, and enthusiastically collaborate with other departments to achieve strategic client objectives, maintaining a clear strategic business perspective. **Detailed Responsibilities** Address customer complaints by identifying and implementing optimal solutions aligned with the company’s strategic business vision. Prepare product specifications, indicating the complete painting system and required quantities based on practical yield defined for the site. Specify the appropriate painting system to resolve pre-existing or environmentally induced coating pathologies. Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions for painters, contractors, retailers, sales associates, architects, end consumers, and any other audiences potentially interested in purchasing Renner Paints products. Demonstrate product properties and attributes through display, application, and hands-on handling. Maintain technical expertise on our products and those of competitors, including their applications and painting systems. Conduct technical monitoring of competitor offerings. Coordinate and execute functional testing for new products and services. Gather market/product technical information from users (e.g., painters, architects, sales associates, etc.). Manage schedules, performance indicators, and reports. Support market evaluation initiatives in collaboration with the Laboratory and Marketing teams. Prepare materials for use in training courses or marketing activities. Collaborate with the Sales department to achieve strategic client objectives. Comply with all standards and procedures related to Quality Management, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Compliance systems. **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree Valid driver’s license Willingness and ability to travel Work location: São Paulo **Preferred Qualifications** Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency Strong diction, vocal tone, and communication skills Solid experience in the paint or construction industry Experience handling customer negotiations, including complaints and technical specifications.
