The professional will be responsible for: Motivating, guiding, and developing the external sales team. Monitoring individual goals and performance. Conducting training sessions and providing ongoing team support. Developing commercial strategies on-site. Implementing corrective actions when necessary. This role is hands-on, requiring constant presence in the field alongside the team. About the compensation: Fixed salary of R$ 2\.200,00 \+ Monthly expense allowance: R$ 1\.440,00 \+ Uncapped performance-based variable pay! (earnings based on performance).
