Management of warranties and repairs with a focus on quality **RESPONSIBILITIES:** MONITOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TEAMS AND CONTRACTORS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH RESPONSIBILITIES. SUPERVISE DETAILED INSPECTIONS OF UNITS AFTER DELIVERY, IDENTIFYING AND DOCUMENTING DEFECTS OR DISCREPANCIES. MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH BUYERS, PROVIDING INFORMATION ON WARRANTIES, DEADLINES, AND ADDRESSING COMPLAINTS PROFESSIONALLY. ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE DEVELOPER'S WARRANTIES, REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS WITHIN ESTABLISHED DEADLINES. SCHEDULE AND MONITOR REPAIRS IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUALITY STANDARDS. MAINTAIN DETAILED RECORDS OF INTERACTIONS, INSPECTIONS, REPAIRS AND COSTS. PREPARE REGULAR REPORTS FOR THE MANAGER. ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY. PREPARE BUDGETS AND REPORT FOR APPROVAL. TECHNICALLY EVALUATE SERVICE CALLS AND GUIDE EXECUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS, ENSURING CORRECT USE OF MATERIALS. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction or related fields. Minimum experience: 2 years in post-construction activities, technical assistance, building maintenance or construction quality. Technical knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings (architectural, electrical and hydraulic).
