




Job Summary: Perform administrative support tasks in HR, environmental, and safety departments, including preparing spreadsheets, documents, reports, and organizing files. Key Highlights: 1. Support for administrative routines and file organization Complete the Administrative Operations training course through the Legal Apprenticeship Program, coordinated by CIEE, while simultaneously performing administrative support activities for the Human Resources, Environmental, and/or Safety departments. Support the preparation, management, and updating of spreadsheets, as well as the creation of administrative documents and reports. Assist with departmental administrative routines, participate in and support Daily Safety Talks (DDS), receive documentation, assist in sample collection for analysis, and organize files. Maintain records and handle other administrative tasks under the supervision and guidance of each department's team.
