Ensure grain quality and uniformity in accordance with specific market standards. The role involves analyzing, identifying, and classifying grains to guarantee they meet the necessary requirements for commercialization.  **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct sampling, collecting representative samples for quality analysis; * Operate grain grading equipment, using instruments such as sieves, sample dividers, scales, and others to perform proper classification; * Determine grain quality by evaluating characteristics including moisture content, impurities, size, color, and presence of damage; * Classify grains by identifying them according to official standards (group, class, and type), defining their quality and suitability for various end uses; * Ensure standardization, guaranteeing grain uniformity and compliance with market quality standards; * Monitor grain receipt and identification, verifying origin and type of received grains; * Record data and issue quality reports certifying grain quality; * Authorize unloading and oversee dispatch, ensuring grains are properly released and dispatched in accordance with established procedures and regulations; * Perform cleaning and maintenance activities, keeping equipment and the workplace clean and in good working condition; * Carry out other tasks as required by the operations department, demonstrating proactivity and strong interpersonal skills; * Maintain schedule flexibility, being available to work different shifts as required by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of grain grading procedures. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Benefits** * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Education Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
