Professional growth within the company **HR Internship** UNE is one of the largest Japanese restaurants in southern Brazil and is currently expanding. We are seeking an **HR Intern** who wants to learn hands-on, assume responsibilities, and grow alongside the company. If you want to go beyond the basics and truly advance in the Human Resources field, this position is for you. **Location**: Pelotas – RS **Schedule**: 6 hours per day (afternoon shift preferred) **What You Will Learn Hands-On:** * Recruitment and selection (screening, interviews, and decision-making) * Team organization and HR routine tasks * Attendance tracking, hour bank management, and internal processes * Communication with employees and resolution of daily issues * Real-world operations of a growing company **What We Expect From You:** * Currently enrolled in **HR, Administration, Accounting, or related fields** * Strong desire to learn and grow quickly * Organized and responsible * Good communication skills (you will interact with people constantly) * Proactive mindset (won’t wait to be told what to do) **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Prior work or internship experience * Interest in people management * Proficiency with technology (spreadsheets, systems, etc.) **Stipend and Benefits:** * **R$900 to R$1.200** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance * **A genuine career advancement plan within the company** **Working Hours:** 6-hour shift If you possess the required skills and seek professional growth, join **UNE**!
