




Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for coordinating and executing receiving, warehousing, inventory, and shipping activities for goods, managing processes and resolving discrepancies. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and execute general logistics activities 2. Resolve discrepancies and maintain control over parts movement 3. Plan and organize merchandise placement Daily responsibilities include distributing, coordinating and/or executing general logistics activities related to receiving, warehousing, inventory, and shipping of goods; Maintain overall control of parts movement within the logistics area to ensure process control; Resolve general discrepancies occurring in the logistics area (system issues, stock discrepancies, shortages, errors, etc.); Analyze, approve and/or open support tickets for supporting departments (IT, Tax, Logistics, Marketing) as needed; Liaise with transportation providers regarding issues (shortages, losses, delays, etc.); Plan and organize the placement of received goods to facilitate identification, location, and handling by part type; Guide the logistics team on technical aspects of parts and handling/storage procedures to preserve integrity, characteristics, and usability of parts for customers; Monitor, analyze, and identify potential stock discrepancies (shortages, overages, mislabeled items, etc.), reporting findings to Management and the company’s Tax department for adjustments; Responsible for comprehensive and cyclical inventory of all parts; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: Up to R$4.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a completed undergraduate degree in Logistics Technology or Business Administration?
