Conduct periodic technical training sessions with meter readers and supervisors. Analyze route effectiveness reports and propose process improvements. Handle customer complaints regarding meter reading and bill delivery. Ensure achievement of targets set by the contracting party. Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Operational Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
