Job Summary: An operational supervisor responsible for process improvement, training, report analysis, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Handle customer complaints and ensure targets are met The company is seeking an Operational Supervisor in Rio Grande. **Responsibilities:** Participate in the quality committee by compiling area-related information and presenting suggestions for improving the reading process. Conduct periodic technical training sessions with meter readers and supervisors. Analyze route effectiveness reports and propose improvements to the reading process. Address customer complaints regarding meter reading and bill delivery. Ensure achievement of targets set by the contracting party. On-site work in Rio Grande / RS. Previous experience as an Operational Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Operational Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
