




Job Summary: An HR professional to manage onboarding/offboarding processes, HR metrics, and payroll routines, ensuring organization and attention to detail. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization and attention to detail ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct **onboarding and offboarding processes**, including document verification and calculation and registration in systems; * **Develop and update HR metrics** (e.g., turnover, absenteeism); * Maintain **organized physical and digital files and records**; * Perform employee registration and vacation calculation verification; * Execute billing closure for service providers; * Verify payroll calculations. ### **Requirements** * Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in technical HR or personnel department routines (payroll, time tracking, benefits). * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR management systems. * Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Senior, TOTVS). * Knowledge of e\-Social. * Complementary courses in labor law.
