While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Job Description:** * Operate in the operational area of water and wastewater treatment plants; * Complete daily spreadsheets (Reports, Utilities, and operational sheets); * Collect water samples for analysis; * Replenish chemical products in Boiler and Cooling Tower; * Monitor activities carried out at the waste center; * Verify operation and environmental inspection routines in the yard, biomass areas, and operational zones; * Conduct biomass sample collection and quality verification; * Monitor analytical results at WTP and WWTP, tracking and performing analyses on critical process parameters; * Conduct environmental inspections and routes, and organize environmental audits; * Prepare performance reports for treatment systems, waste management, and periodic environmental inspections (daily, weekly, monthly); * Fill out spreadsheets and update data systems with treatment process information; * Ensure timely communication and documentation of operational and environmental events in the yard, biomass areas, WTP, WWTP, and Waste Center; * Control water intake by opening valves and regulating and activating motor-pump sets to supply reservoirs; * Perform water treatment by adding predetermined amounts of chlorine, ammonia, lime, or other chemicals, or by operating automatic dosing devices, to purify, deodorize, and clarify the water; * Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas; * Activate agitators by operating their control mechanisms to mix ingredients; * Separate impurities by allowing them to settle at the bottom of the reservoir and circulating water through filtration systems to ensure complete purification; * Pump purified water by operating valves and gates to transfer it into main pipelines for distribution; * Monitor system operation by reading meter and control panel indicators to determine water consumption and other factors; **Requirements:** * High school diploma (completed); * Preferred technical qualification in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields; * Preferred experience in ETP and WTP operations; * Preferred experience in water treatment and laboratory work; * Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SAP. **Our benefits include:** * Medical and dental insurance * Meal allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private pension plan (BungePrev, with company contribution) * Life insurance * Transportation allowance (Transportation voucher, parking, or shuttle service) * Pharmacy discount program * Childcare allowance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * Variable compensation * "Count on Us" Program – Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, provided by specialized professionals, addressing psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual insurance), Dell, as well as Universities and Language Schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location. **Work Location:** Rio Grande/RS **Work Model:** On-site – 6x2 shift schedule, availability to work rotating shifts (21:40 to 05:00 / 05:00 to 13:20 / 13:20 to 21:40) **Our team's characteristics:** We are an engaged team passionate about what we do, always willing to support the company's business and propose alternatives that enable greater global returns.
