**Senior Operational Technician** ========================== Bianchini | Rio Grande - RS | On-site Job Description Responsible for operating heavy machinery in industrial environments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the processes. Will operate various equipment, performing adjustments, inspections, and basic maintenance tasks, while collaborating with the team to maintain production flow. Responsibilities and Duties Operate backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, forklifts, skid-steer loaders (Bobcat), and hydraulic excavators. Perform adjustments and operational interventions according to production standards. Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. Monitor product quality during the production process. Complete production records, downtime logs, and maintenance reports. Ensure safety by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to applicable regulations (NRs). Support raw material supply and workplace organization. Participate in technical training sessions and propose operational improvements. Collaborate with other operators and maintenance teams. Requirements and Qualifications Completed high school education. Experience operating heavy machinery. Proficiency in operating backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, forklifts, hydraulic excavators, and skid-steer loaders (Bobcat). Knowledge of basic maintenance, quality control, and safety regulations (**NR 11, NR 12, NR 18**). **Driver’s license category B or higher** (mandatory).
