PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** \n\n1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classification stages.\n \n \n\n1.2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions described below:\n \n \n\n**POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor\n \n \n\n**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).\n \n \n\n**BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care, transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal allowance and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by the Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) – Employee's monthly fee paid by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee paid by the employee.\n \n \n\n2.1. Work schedule and shift will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate at the time of call-up, and the candidate must inform their availability for the established schedule.
