Imagine yourself spearheading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Managing operational teams—developing talent and leading with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and shift handover optimization. * Ensuring end-to-end logistics and operational management of reverse logistics flow, collaborating on logistics network design, connection adjustments, route definition, offline flow governance, and third-party return management. * Analyzing performance—monitoring critical strategic and operational KPIs, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports. * Identifying opportunities to improve reverse logistics processes and operations, as well as implementing and leading optimization projects. * Collaborating closely with operations, operational excellence, product, control tower, and other support teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Quality Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in Cross-Docking/Transportation operations, preferably with direct interface with Reverse Logistics. * Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel or Google Sheets is essential, along with proven experience analyzing and controlling operational KPIs and hands-on experience with WMS or LMS systems. * Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or similar. * Willingness to work onsite in Simões Filho – Bahia, and to travel approximately once per month to states in the South and Southeast regions. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company that loves thinking big and long-term. * Ownership of your development within an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, fully equipped to provide you with a great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for money.
