Propose continuous improvements to recruitment and selection processes ABESS is looking for a Recruitment and Selection Supervisor to strategically lead the institution's talent attraction, selection, and management processes. We seek a professional with analytical insight, leadership ability, and experience efficiently conducting selection processes aligned with organizational needs. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead and develop the Recruitment and Selection team, promoting alignment, process organization, and team development. Strategically manage the opening and execution of ABESS job vacancies. Define and implement talent attraction and sourcing strategies, expanding reach and improving hiring quality. Collaborate with leaders and managers to define professional profiles and selection strategies. Plan and structure alternative recruitment scenarios and strategies according to the institution's varying demands. Propose continuous improvements to recruitment and selection processes, methods, and tools, aiming for greater efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate all stages of the selection process, ensuring appropriate evaluation of candidates' technical and behavioral competencies. Supervise scheduling and conducting technical interviews with requesting departments. Accompany candidates throughout the entire selection process, ensuring organization and a positive experience for participants. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection. Experience with recruitment and selection systems. Preferred Qualification: Experience with the Sólides platform. **Compensation Salary:** R$ 5\.100,00 \+ benefits. **Location:** ABESS\- R.
