Job Summary: Internship for Civil Engineering / Architecture / Building Technician students, focused on inspections, project drafting, specifications, and construction monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of maintenance and construction services **CIVIL ENGINEERING / ARCHITECTURE / BUILDING TECHNICIAN INTERNSHIP** **Job Description:** Inspections for data collection to support project execution or maintenance services. Drafting of architectural and complementary projects. Preparation of descriptive specifications. Quantitative service takeoffs. Collection of quotations from third-party companies. Preparation of budget spreadsheets. Monitoring of maintenance and construction services within the municipality of Porto Alegre. **Requirements:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of REVIT and budgeting software such as Pleo is desirable.
