Planning, budgeting, and construction site control ###### **JOB DESCRIPTION** A real estate development company is seeking a Building Technician I to work in on-site and post-construction activities. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The professional will provide technical support for civil construction, with a focus on building projects, including reading and interpreting architectural, structural, hydraulic, and electrical drawings; performing material quantity takeoffs; supervising and inspecting construction sites; and handling planning, control, budget preparation, and scheduling. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD is required, along with strict adherence to quality and safety standards on-site. A formal qualification in Building Construction and prior experience in on-site and post-construction activities are mandatory.
