Prepare product specifications, indicating the complete paint system and quantities according to the defined practical yield for the location. Specify systems to solve previously identified pathologies or those arising from exposure to environmental conditions. Plan, organize, and conduct trainings for painters, contractors, retailers, sales staff, architects, end consumers, and/or any audiences interested in purchasing Tintas Renner products. Demonstrate product properties and attributes through presentation, application, and handling. Have technical knowledge of our products and those of competitors, including their applications and paint systems. Perform technical monitoring of competitors. Coordinate and carry out functional tests for new products and services. Gather market/product technical information from users (painters, architects, sales staff, etc.). Manage schedules, indicators, and reports. Support market evaluation activities together with the Laboratory and Marketing teams. Prepare materials for use in courses or marketing actions. Interact with the sales department to achieve strategic customer objectives. Comply with standards and procedures related to Quality Management, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Compliance systems. **Mandatory Requirements** Technical or Higher Education Valid driver's license Reside in the Santa Catarina region Availability to travel **Desirable Requirements** Technical background in Civil Construction or Chemistry-related fields is desirable Advanced Office package skills are desirable Good diction, voice tone, and communication skills are desirable Solid experience in paint or civil construction markets Experience handling customer negotiation situations, such as complaints and specifications.
